More fun than I expected!
An unforgettable stay! With a perfect location just blocks from the beach, we enjoyed warm and friendly service from staff like Ahmed and Ronit. Our upgraded room was spacious and comfortable. well-arranged small room, actual feather pillows, helpful management
The carpets are ripped and stained!!! Only one elevator working during my stay made getting to higher floors annoying!!! Renovations without prior notice made for a rude awakening!!! A little TLC would go a long way!!!

My stay at the Metropolitan was highly satisfactory. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach and local markets, making it convenient for both work and leisure. The staff was exceptionally professional, assisting me efficiently with my business needs, including setting up meeting rooms and providing IT support when necessary. The room was well-maintained and tidy, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere for my trip.
The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent at times.

missingWrote a review on Jul 19charming decorbright lobbylimited dining
The rooms boasted charming decor and comfortable turquoise armchairs, perfect for kicking back after a day of exploring. Bright lobby offered a welcoming space that made it easy for seniors to navigate in and out.
The dining options fell flat. a standard prix fixe buffet lacked variety, featuring only traditional Israeli fare that didn't offer much excitement. The location, while close to some beaches, didn't deliver great dining nearby, forcing me to settle for what was available at the hotel. The pool area felt basic, lacking any bar service for drinks, which could’ve made lounging more enjoyable. Additionally, room cleanliness left something to be desired—scant attention given to washing cups or vacuuming the floors felt subpar for the price.

The location is amazing, just a short walk to the beach. The room needed better cleaning, and the bathroom had a clogged sink.

Had an amazing time with friends! The hotel is super close to the bustling Hacarmel Market and just a short walk to the charming Banana Beach. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially during breakfast, which had a great selection. Enjoyed our nights out, and the location made it easy to explore all the exciting local spots. Highly recommended!
We did experience some noise from nearby rooms, which made it a bit challenging to get a peaceful sleep at times.

Great stay with friendly service!
We spent 6 nights here and loved it! The staff was super friendly, especially at the bar where Sophie was amazing. She even made us a custom dinner! Breakfast was top-notch with fresh fruit and a great cappuccino machine. Only thing is, the exterior needs some TLC—that paint is looking rough.
