The location of the hotel was perfect, just a block away from the beach. We were also able to easily walk to popular attractions like Nahalat Binyamin and Shuk hakarmel. The breakfast options were great, with a variety of salads and shakshuka available, as well as an espresso machine. The staff, especially Ahmed at the front desk, provided exceptional service. He had our room ready for us when we arrived late at night with our kids and made the check-in process quick and smooth.
The rooms in the new section of the hotel, called "Muse," were small and lacked basic amenities. There were no proper amenities kits in the bathroom, no complementary bottles of water, and nothing in the bar fridge.

The staff, especially Alexandria, was incredibly attentive and made us feel important. Sanjeev, the housekeeper, did a great job in our room. The location is perfect, close to the beach and other attractions. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options. Ahmed, the night manager, took great care of us and provided a speedy check-in. The hotel is clean with attractive rooms and good facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, even organizing a parking spot late at night. The hotel was instrumental in helping us recover a lost bag at the airport.
Nothing, all great.
